Thanks for your interest. In reply to all questions and suggestions:
1. I've tried pressing F9 and Ctrl, shift and F9 - no joy.
Notes.ini (server)
ServerTasksAT1=catalog, design, set index rebuild directory, set_view_rebuild_dir=d:\viewtemp
ServerTasksAT2=Updall
In the Server/Configuration/Programs I have the updall task running with the -R switch at 06.00 every day. It runs with no problems, I've checked the log.
2. The view Properties\Advanced\Index Refresh is set to Automatic.
3. The view selections only selects the PO form, there's no date selection.
